1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

• Custom or personalized items (engraved tumblers, mugs, or wooden boxes) are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Digital products, downloadable files, and gift cards are non-refundable.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

1. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Provide your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

3. We will replace the product at no additional cost or issue a refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized/customized products (engraved mugs, tumblers, wooden boxes).

• Sale items or clearance products.

• Digital downloads and stickers sold in bulk.

4. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
